Energy Red 3) 1 small Beetroot (builds strength), 4 small carrots, handful of cucumber sticks (can help lower blood pressure). Fell free to adjust amounts to suit tastes and try experimenting and creating your own juices. It’s all about trial and error as we at dietstoday.co.uk have found out, don’t try 5 kiwis and a punnet of strawberries, the result is massively acidic tasting and rather umcomfortable to drink!!! |
